    Assuming the IG deadline is the 26th Apr vs 4th May close & sale date of 19th May vs quotation of 14th May that's 23 days.

    The average SPP Harvester acceptance date to sale date so far for me is 22 days.

    So not really much of a difference but yes there is a delay for the approval of the SPP.

    It's also possible that as they are seeking approval they may take more applications & change the amount?
