No it is not automatic. An employee of OnMarket must approve it first; then the amount will change. They approve/deny every request. I once accidentally went below 5K$ they denied the request and contacted me to double check I wanted to do that and I resubmitted again for a smaller amount so as not to go below 5000$. They will process it soon as they are expecting many to do what we did.
