SVW .. okay I am confused or likely ignorant. The bloody WSA came back and On Market used that plus some additional cash on hand to load me in to SVW taking me well below the 5000$ theshold .. they commited me to 7500$ I had about 5100$ prior to the action being taken. I thought WSA was not going to come back in time.. perhaps I misunderstood the communications. This means I am now in 'breach' of this condition:
clause 4.7(a)(ii) (i.e. recoupment of $3,000 application fee, if 1-year profits do not exceed that establishment cost). That is, our capacity to give that concession to early adopters is reliant the paragraph requiring members not to withdraw cash below $4,999.
