Update on SVW.
A total of 1,680,710 new fully paid ordinary shares are expected to be issued (“SPP Shares”).
SGH received valid applications from 2,164 shareholders. The average application amount was $15,314.
The issue price for the SPP Shares is $19.73, being a 2.5% discount to the volume weighted average
price of SGH's shares traded on ASX during the five trading days up to, and including, the SPP closing
date of Monday 17 May 2021, rounded to the nearest cent.

The SPP Shares are expected to be issued on Tuesday, 25 May 2021 and to commence trading on ASX
on Wednesday, 26 May 2021.
