Applications for the PDL SPP have been made and, as we were able to delay applying until the very last minute, funds from the SVW SPP sale were available to be recycled.

You can see how much we have applied for on your behalf by going to your SPPH dashboard and viewing the “Top Portfolio Positions” box on the right-hand side of the screen.

Pendal is currently trading at $7.90 (close price 2/6/21) which is a $1.10 (16%) premium to the SPP price, so it will be interesting to watch how this travels.

The SVW SPP was completed at an average exit price of $20.00, $0.27 above the SPP issue price of $19.73. If the brokerage charged on your account was larger than we expected, we will be reimbursing your SPPH account (either as a deposit or a refund) with this amount.
