I don't think you renew, it's open ended. The cost of exiting is pretty prohibitive at $15 per share so basically you have to pay to leave the product about $400-$500 (300 × $15 = $4,500 of brokerage costs).
Personal circumstances mean that I'm not really going to have the funds to operate an IG account with 500 shares this year but yes given the choice I would switch & with hindsight wouldn't have invested in Harvester.
