SPP Harvester by OnMarket, page-831

I formally closed my SPP Harvester today.
Net cash return was approx $3,235 on an approx average investment of $37,000 over just over 9.5 months.
So a 8.75% return or 10.9% annualised.

So for me the investment performed above initial expectations although I was probably fortunate to have had the Z1P SPP which generated over $4,200 for me.
Admittedly this is a short timespan so probably not that representative as I had to absorb the set up & exit costs, plus I believe the underlying SPP (due to Z1P) produced above average returns.

In the end I closed out for personal reasons to access the funds & would have continued until my initial investment period of 2 years otherwise.

I still have my IG setup of 160+ shares although I'm not currently actively using it, intending to resurrect when funds permit in the future.
