2) Good question - still accumulating so not looked into a good place to do this - maybe a keyword search that can email through or something?
3) I doubt stake will force that since its all under CHESS not custodian model - if anything it'll be the company itself forcing small holders to top up or liquidate. Have had that happen to me before.
