What do you guys think will happen with Star Pharma (SPL)? Their offer document doesn't have a price protection clause, and it's already out of the money. $1.50 offer and market is $1.47.
Will they have to change the offer to get retail investors to participate or will they be happy with just the institutions that have already subscribed and their basically won't be an SPP?
