OnMarket never put out a % return but an absolute number that stated you invested the maximum amount in each available SPP. So it's only misleading if you didn't read the available information that was clearly stated. Doing DD based upon a number of SPP on a fixed amount with an avearge return, which is what I did & posted here, clearly shows that this investment vehicle has potential high returns with minimal input. I only ever assumed I would have invested in 4 SPP with a 7% net return between end Sep & end Jun to get to BE. If those '4' at my cash funds available turn into '8' at 50% of my cash funds it makes no difference other than spreading the risk of a falling share price on each SPP. Anyway my timetable is 2 years & if I get an average annualised return of 12.0% as I have projected then I'll be happy.

fair points. I really like the concept. it's just the quasi exit fee that doesn't suit my personal circumstances at the moment. I will still keenly track the harvester.
