spp help

Hi guys.Can someone tell me what usually happens if the price is under the spp at 25 jan as obviously no one is going to pay over what they can pay at market and the company doesn't raise any money.Do they ever re issue at a lower rate. It seems people are people whether it's business or the share market .I said we were in limbo till jan 25 unless there's a pos ann.What's happening at the moment is no good for anyone.
