Great to know that my research is essentially correct, but my interpretation was off - that the 510k could be a precursor to make a change to legislation.
I think that there are some wolves circling this stock, and some large dumpers wish they still had their stock so that they could push it down to 3.5 cents (you only need 1.6 million shares to do so!) in order to trigger stop losses and recover their short position.
The holiday season is now over, and will be great to see the excellent SBN management at work over the coming months, regardless of what short termers do to the share price.
Like I think many others I have a supporting buy in place should someone choose to savage the stock.
