Before you ring have your computer on and ready to type what she says into google . She will ask you standard questions to validate who you are and have your hin at the ready . After you have executed everything required by you , you will be able to print off the SSP form which will validate who you are and you will be able to bpay your amount directly to boardroom for processing .I did that after not receiving my forms in the mail even though they had sent them to me . I’m country so it could be up to a week . So I am done . Just waiting to here my level of scale back .Dont rush , they are comfortable guiding you at your own pace . All the best
