Yeah mate,
I called head office asking what would happen in a scale back event.
They said you our parcels could most definitely be scaled back if over subscribed.
If you read the back of the SPP form it states the things they would take into account.
Although it states that a factor in their decision could be when you submitted the form. I was told over the phone there would be no advantage or disadvantage depending you lodged the SPP.
