If Mark Rowbottam had not been able to secure this transaction, AWD would have gone down the drain and into liquidation, owing creditors far more than what the Company has available in cashable assets, the result being that none of the whinging so called "long suffering shareholders" would have received a cent. Curiously, in that case there would have been less whinging or threats of litigation than what we are hearing now. Even if you were issued 100,000 shares in the SPP, this is a $1,500 gift at the current SP, with bags to come if the long term holding whinger is prepared to suffer a little longer.
BTW we are talking about the same long term holders who were constantly bagging the directors through the hard time on the forums - now they describe themselves as long term supporters ... JOKE???
Look ahead and get your heads out of the sand... Buy some more and be thankful for what you have...considering some of your past negative comments here toward the Company and Directors...
