I think there were 370 applications, so no one got what they wanted as there just wasn't enough to go around, so there was always going to be a large scale back
As the sp rose more applied,

We all should have bought more on market, surely we all knew it would be scaled back,
So that is done, we cannot change that,
What to do now,
There is a reason why the sp rose and that reason remains, some may think they missed the boat, might have thought that at q cent, and might think that at 3 or 5 cents, this could have 20 cents in it, a lot more if the app is as good as we think.
