I don't think that is the case,
(but then why would anyone for that matter bother with a spp if they didn't want more $$$)
Because they are targeting the retail sector(small holders)ringing would be a way to remind us all to participate, also in the current climate chasing up of funds shows me they are dead keen and serious about the capital raising.
