Nice work Khibbons, fits in with their started target of 15mill, if it is restricted hopefully will go pro-rata and genuinely end up a reward to longer ,larger holders. Clarification restricting the raising to this will put another rocket up us today......or does the company seek SH approval to raise capital ahead of it's targets at what looks to be an unreasonably cheap price? The majority of larger holders won't want downward pressure on the majority of their holding for the sake of $15,000 worth and they would carry the vote so doubt it. My vote would be no.
