    How about this angle...
    If i was the ASIC, why would I be happy to grant an exemption to this company to go outside the normal rules of a SPP? And what would I be wanting to see from the company to justify granting any such exemption?

    I am not trying to be negative here, just looking to learn more about what is going on.

    I will most likely be a participant in the MAK SPP.
