If approval of extra shares are required it will be approved, can almost guarantee that. Why? Because these approvals are always requested after the event and it is often very messy to then scale back. Two they will as always mention the setback of not accepting in terms of having to get the money from elsewhere etc etc. And 3 directors hold approximately 25% so with larger shareholders onside would easily be able to push it through. And 4 I want my full allotment.
