What price will BGA achieve after the share issue ?
I would expect that numbers of shares issue under the SPP will be drastically ' cut back'.
The more important question will be milk supply in Victoria in the approaching season, the drought and cow reductions last season will result in much lower availability of milk for processing and although Murray - Goulburn and on their knees they will fight to retain current suppliers. The announcements from most processors is they all indication they want more milk this season - the reality is there will be less milk unless the farm gate price is increased to $6.50 - $7.00 at that price it will be difficult for processors to turn a profit.
