Has everyone seen the RRS presentation? - Slide says the NPV (10%) at ~$600 sell price for LCE is A$710m.
Therefore by management own admission the stock is currently trading at +1x NPV. This is very expensive for a company that still faces funding/construction/permitting/indigenous access agreement risks???
No other pre-development mining company in a concentrated commodity like Lithium would trade at 1x NPV of the project.
Any comments on this would be welcome, but feels toppy at these levels unless they can dramatically increase the resource size and extend the mine life in the NPV calcs.
