The Prime SPP implies an asset value of less than $1.8 billion and what they are saying is after checking out the value of all the assets they believe they are closer to $2.3 billion and maybe even more.
Also saying that those eligible for the SPP should consider the offer.
Final word was the SPP seems to be at a heavily discounted price and therefore an attractive opportunity, and should not be missed because BBI was a "pig" (my words), "shocking investment" (their words).
