The main crux of the matter in the DOCA is will there be an injection of cash into the company, and will it suffice to cover all the Obligations to the Creditors.
The big question is will the Creditors approve the DOCA?
The Cash injection will of course come with conditions such as Shares etc, Loans and conditions attached, this could take many forms.
The bottom line is will the creditors approve a DOCA, if there is any third parties or whatever who will submit a proposal?
