I am not against acquisitions as its the only way to grow.

Its just the lack of, this time, in identifying where all this money is going to be spent.

In previous raisings NMS had clear goals but this one is kind of cloudy imo.

As you all can see i'm not a big fan of dilution unless its aimed at specific goals.

This one so far is we will buy this small tack on company and with all the monies left (the debt is less) we will look around and see if we can pick up a few bargains from operations that have gone down the gurgler.

Am i being toooo harsh?

We need some direction Lange, news even.
