    With limit funds available plus Debt and a depressed market. Strategically if the major holders saw great opportunities they would be doing a capital raising plus underwriting it ...diluting all other shareholders.

    IMO a SPP being announced means they have no confidence, but they are happy to let Mums and Dads stump up money.....
