Guys oppies should now be trading at a premium.
If they aren't now then come confirmation of the land deal, they certainly will be
I think they can be a lead indicator because if there is confidence in the heads and stock in general then less liquid, faster fluctuating oppies will often start to move first or close strong
Just my thoughts though of course
