I dont think so ,If the Germans have been buying the large volumes of the past two or three weeks at 2.5-2.7,they would hardly be selling at the same price.Maybe some of those who have bought the 2cent issue are out to make a quick SMALL profit ,Instead of holding for the better things to come ,thats why I say hold if you can.
