Correct. Which is why I transferred my funds this week.
It’s taken a chunk out of my offset. If some is returned, then good and back it goes into offset.
If AJM takes my $15k, even better.
No it’s not tax free like paying off the PPOR, but I believe I’ll be more in front over the next few years even with CGT.
