Telsa's pissed they're not getting any spod. What's the point when there's no spod to sell them? Forget the rest of the terms such as price.
Also, surely there should be a clause in any offtake agreement, no spod available means no selling. It's not as if we are selling to someone else instead of an offtake partner.
