Just another thing, as person with 50 years of export business behind me,i just wonder why the deal for the past 2 shipments of Spod conc. was done in such a manner we now owe the buyers 24 million refund.if the initial payment was only 80% up front , we of course all beleived we would receive further payment on process completion not so.
This type of agreement again reflects badly on the business acumen of the Ceo and more so on his henchman the Cfo. It cleary shows desperation to influence the market but the finner detail's of the deal are not disclosed.
The Corporate carpetbaggers running this show have again demonstrated this again with the current CR.
