    yep in the ann it said that oversubscription will result in pro-rata basis.

    Its a good thing that it is capped as it will stop people taking the risk of selling a portion of their holdings up to 23,000 shares at 26c and then buying them all back at 21c thru the SSPP. I thought about doing it, but the risk of oversubscription and inadvertantly reducing my holdings isnt worth it.
