    I say placement(s) @ .004

    Two reasons Why?

    a) Vaz has a better chance of attracting sophisticated buyers to invest @ .004 (20% discount) then to risk the avg sp to drop to .004 and offer a SPP @ a min of .0032

    b) Placements are far quicker to raise funds and BRO needs funds ASAP.
