Wow, with some of the posts here I didn't know investing became a charity. Some people said they are participating in the share purchase plan even though you can buy on market at less than the issue price because you want to "help" the company by injecting more capital in it.
That is the craziest idea I've ever heard.
I'd only be in something to make a profit, not to help it like a charity case.
