Still confident that FID will be finalised/announced by no later than June 30th, my biggest worry for the SP remains how much "new equity"/ ie new shares have to be created, to allow new "Strategic Investors" in on ARU, in order to get us to FID/full financing. My Investor brain is telling me it would be so so so much better for the CAPEX to be funded near enough 100% from Financing with near enough ZERO new equity, but "the plan" from management is not so....it is more likely to be 65/35 or worse still 50/50. The issue is whether the "new equity" is provided immediately at/near the current SP (which would be a disaster for existing holders with dilution) or whether it is a something like a Converting Preference share issue with timed conversion to equity at set dates into the future (with some guarantees of minimum time holding eg 1 or 2 years before the new equity can be sold)
Shorts are there (I don't like it) because of this particular uncertainty with Equity Raising, because they can make a buck out of it.
I still hold my multi-mil+ shares at enough of a loss that it hurts, but I believe that ARU/Nolans will one day be a significant National resource that is helping save our planet.....
All IMVHO, DYOR (cause I have), GLTA(patient)LTH "Build it they will come for more" LTH over 1.0mil but less than 5.0 mil shares.

Hi, good to hear young’s some time off. Many of us did so. I couldn’t 100% quit the screens, so added some on the market since not able to participate in SPP.

but the „nothing happens“ period is now very long, so they’re stretching it too much.

FID in June? That would be a delay of 1,5 years. Wow.
