I think you should direct this at the Board and not GL.

They are responsible for setting direction, overseeing everything, and for sure the Capital Raise.

Has to be one of the worst Capital Raises in ASX history - $25M cash grab just before Xmas at 52 week lows, for $100M reduction in Market Cap, when they were hugely shorted, and already had $70M in the bank.

Not to mention not doing it when overvalued at 70c only 9 months earlier, or even when it was 50c 6 months earlier. Nope, wait until its heavily shorted and 20c at 52 week lows, then do it. Most ASX small caps do their cash grab when a stock rockets or is overvalued. But not ARU.
