That is ludicrous to suggest that illegal behaviour is allowed due to poor management.
You would loose your Licence and would be legally responsible for losses if you did the same market manipulation.
Are you suggesting that if any company on the ASX has a delay, or experiences a decline in spot price deserves to be cheated out of existence. To be clear, you are saying, punishment for a delay timelines. Which to be fair, is out of control of the management, means you can manipulate a share price into the ground to loose all value for any investors. This is illegal, and from what you are supporting, you are clearly saying this is ok?
Im not saying you are the shorter, because they would not write such a comment, as the shorters know they are manipulating, you are defending them and they would be loving you right now… just the naive behaviour and attitude they want retail investors to have, as it allows this over and over again…
