I like a medium rare steak, and will send it back if it comes back well done. Server recognises that this is part of the day, and passes on sentiment and feedback to mgmt at close of service. Unfortunately no disrespect was had, outside of the tactics scripted into the calls.

I invested in a company, stewarded by a management team. My position on said management team is aligned with my intent to strike on votes. If they can't course correct and handle the heat, as investors who have received emails from PH can relate, they should look elsewhere.
