I believe it's my first time posting on the CPH forum.
Let me first say that I'm looking for an entry point to this stock.
I like the way things are tracking, the international presence, and the qualified leaders at the helm of it.
Most of all I'm encouraged by the worlds slow but sure acceptance of cannabis as a recreational and health beneficial substance.
That said. The only thing stopping my investment at the moment is uncertainty regarding the recent SPP to investors, and placement to institutions.
Given that it's at a price of $1.10, and nobody in their right mind would take this on, would this infer that once the appropriate time lapses and the opportunity closes, CPH can release another placement offer / SPP, at a more relevant price?
Is that what investors are anticipating? Or is there something I'm missing.
Otherwise I like the cash position of the firm ~10m midyear and recent acquisitions with equity.
Hoping more educated investors can give me their opinions on this!
Looking forward to some discussions in the future.
