It's only 12c dilutive, based on the 'theoretical' post issue share price to take account of this discounted issue.
Did the maths on another anz thread.
It's nothing like a 1 for 1 or the other various entitlement type discounted issues that have been about. Only new 0.15bn on top of existing 2.35bn shares.
