Well for SPP above 3.5 cents it will be a hard sell.
Reasons
1. SPP is generally 33% discounted for small caps. Take 5 as indicative less 33%.
2. If SPP is at 5 cents, keeping the small cap risk, it will be exceptionally hard sell.
3. History tells that is always the case.
4. To avoid dulution either USE CREDIT FACILITY OR ISSUE AT 3.5 centts. No ther option.
(CFU issued capital at 5 cents when share was trading at 8 cents. Same rule applies.)
