But before we worry the SPP, we have to know why we worry the SPP.

2. we want to get position when PRR jumps up but we worry it would be down since SPP could be issued less than the market price.
3. we want to join the SPP but we don't want to lose the capital and paper profit and then we could not sell since we need the shares now for spp

Calm down and relax. DNDN has shown the pathway and if you have not sold at $0.11, you don't need to sell at pulling back.

SPP needs some discount to be sure the subscription but it should not discount at 50% since it is stupid when everyone want to get some PRR for its cancer vaccine therapy dreams.

Depending on how much SPP could sell to its shareholders and more important that PRR should sell some good news to the market for its taste. If full subscription could be got, PRR price should be up.

How low and high of PRR price after SPP? I don't know! You don't know but why you hold PRR. It is because it has a lot breakers, possible big breakers, to shoot it up someday in someway.
