I think we are at the beginning of the second rally globally driven by some of the good Q2 reports from US and China Q2 GDP figure (close or even above 8%). Plus, if inst's purchase price is 78cents, I would expect the SPP will be around 78 or even higher.
The last week or so is the best time to buy in ROC. SPP price is not going to be attractive.
Buying at lower than 78 is still good.
