OK, only a few hours to go before the close and the 5 day VWAP will be known.
My plan is to run a book on who can get closest to the pin on the pricing.
What if any scale back will be applied if the SPP is over subscribed?
1/ My bid is $0.132 before applying the 17.5% discount.
2/ My estimate is the SPP will be over subscribed and a scale back of 10% as a result
So let's have a bid of fun with this and see who gets closest to the pin.
