I don't believe the size of your holding matters. Its the amount you apply for that will decide how many you receive. If it's over-subscribed then there will be a scale back accross the board. Probably a minimum amount such as $1000 gaurenteed and then amounts above that scaled back by a % depending on the over-subscription..
