    Interesting to note that 11% of the shares applied for in this spp were either directly or indirectly related to the directors.

    Lynch 652,002 (indirect)

    Willsteed 83,334 (direct)

    Irrespective of the aforementioned, I am still surprised that they raised as much as they did.

    I have been a holder for 7 years and this is the 1st spp that I have not taken up.
