the above claim, was mentioned in announcements to the exchange, a few times. watso had a fuzzy wuzzy idea, that "full entitlement" was the maximum number of shares that could be applied for. as it turns out, each of the directors, applied for only $10,000 worth of shares - and in the case of m lynch, it seems that other "indirect entities (which would include family members". also subscribed for various amounts - but would have included the the maximum amount).
at least the company is "pleased" by the interest shown, by shareholders.. if production results were any good for the current quarter, they would have released them, to give the spp a bit of a chance
