The directors of the Company, as eligible shareholders, may participate in the Offer (without having to obtain shareholder approval), on the same terms as all other shareholders in the Company.
And I can assure that is what they have done... there is a lot of confidence in the front office. All we have to hope for is a crach in the acorn and let some info out. Now is the time to top up. Regards aca.
