    Let me take a guess at what events are about to unfold here....
    SPP was offered to shareholders, sp was pushed down , SPP closes underscribed and then shares are offered to a third party that takes all the leftovers and becomes a new/larger holder of PLV.
    This way know one has the right to say they did not get the chance to get some cheep PLV shares Right !
