Sometimes a company will close the SPP when they get enough money in; ie, first in, best dressed. Usually, however, they will say in the offer document that they reserve the right to close early which is the hint to get your money in fast. In the case of the CYM SPP I B-Payed the morning the offer opened. I only applied for $5000 and was allocated 13,333 shares which works out to $1999.95. I expect to receive a refund of $3000.05 but it hasn't turned up yet.
